Hobo the Dog needs a home

Hobo was languishing in a crowded shelter.  Everyone looked in his cage and shook their heads.  He was suffering from a condition known as Entropian eyelids, meaning that his eyelashes were ingrown. The condition is painful and caused him to rub his eyes constantly.  Poor Hobo tried hard to win over adopters, but no one would take a chance on him.  Enter GSROC!
